Good evening crafters, I hope everyone had a great day and have some great crafty plans for this weekend given the wet weather that is heading our way by the sounds of things. I wanted to post a layout that arrived this week for The Garden’s monthly sketch challenge.

All Day Crop at The Cutting Garden This Saturday!

Just a quick post regarding an All Day Crop that Kim will be hosting on Saturday May 25th from 9 am until Midnight!!!

What a great time these crops are!

The cost is 25$ You will need to put a 10$ non refundable deposit will required to reserve your spot.

Kim asks that you bring your own cutting plates (Cuttlebug, Big Shot, Grand Calibur Kim has them all) and your own Cricut cutting Mat for the Cricut (it is a Cricut Expression so you will need a 12 x 12 mat).

Dylusion Spray Technique Class with Rebecca

Rebecca will be teaching a technique class Thursday May 23 rd from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm on Dylusion Sprays. Have you looked at them and wondered what to do with them and how to incorporate them into your project? The cost for this technique class is 15$. This is a technique class not a project class. You will be learning techniques and how to apply them.

Good Afternoon Crafty Friends!

I have another My Mind’s Eye Class all ready for you! Please join me on June 22nd from 1:00 – 4:00 pm. This class is similar to the class I posted yesterday… You will receive the stamp set as well as an Ink Spot and we will be making 5 cards and 5 custom envelopes during this class. Check them out….

As you can see, the inside of the cards and the envelopes have been stamped to match each card. (I love that part) LOL!

My stamp is stained and in my opinion that just means it is well loved Yours will be brand new. As you can see, in this class you will use every stamp in the set.

Please bring along your Martha Stewart Scoring Board if you have one. The cost for the class is $30.00. You will need your basic kit (including adhesives), Also, please bring your acrylic blocks with you as you will be using your own stamp set to create these cards.

Prima Doll Tag Class with Debbie

Good afternoon Crafters, I hope everyone is having a great weekend and are enjoying todays weather much more then yesterdays!

I wanted to pop on here and do a huge WELCOME to Debbie Reid who has grasiously agreed to teach this awesome tag that she gave Kim for her Birthday! Debbie is wonderfully talented and The Garden is so happy to have her teach this.

Here is a peek of what you will be making with Debbie:

The date for the class is Saturday June 22 from 10 am until noon.

The cost for the class is 15$

You will need your basic kit to complete this lovely tag, including some small scissors for fussy cutting.

My Mind’s Eye Card Making Class…

Good Morning!!! We have something a different for you for this class. I am really excited about it and I am hoping that you will be too!

Please join me on Saturday, June 8th from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm to make FIVE lovely cards. This class is a little special because if you decide to join us, you will also receive the My Mind’s Eye Stamp set as well as the 6 x 6 paper pad to take home with you! You will use the paper pad to complete the cards I have designed for you, that will use up 4 sheets from your paper pad so that means you will be able to take the rest of the pad, (20 sheets) home with you to recreate the cards we made in class!

These cards are finished on the inside as well and as an extra bonus, we will be making custom envelopes for all the cards (because that is just how I roll), so bring along your Martha Stewart Scoring Board if you have one please!

Happy Sunday Morning everyone. I hope that everyone is having a fantastic long weekend.

The weather here has been chilly to say the least so perhaps you all will be getting some crafty time in!

I just wanted to pop on here and post a layout class that Melanie will be teaching on Saturday June 15th from 2 pm until 5 pm. It is a lot of cutting and INKING (Tracy will be proud…lol).

May Long Weekend!!

I have discovered that many of my crafty friends usually take this time to open up cottages outside the city, so I had purposely left this weekend free of classes so no one would miss out! So for those of you who are staying in the area and need a trip to the Garden we will be open this Sunday, May 19th from 12:00 noon until 4:00 pm.

Also this week has been very busy with multiple orders having arrived and many more in mid shipment!! This is all great but I really do need to make room for those next orders so Sunday You can save the tax as a bonus to your long weekend!! (some restrictions apply, see store for details)

Since there are no scheduled classes the Garden is open for crop time on Saturday!!

I hope that everyone has a safe Holiday!!

A Card Sketch Entry From Yarmouth

Good evening crafters, I hope that everyone had a great day and tomorrow is TGIF. For lots it is a long weekend, so I hope you get some crafting time in and if you are traveling, travel safely. I just wanted to pop on here to post a card that arrived today for our sketch challenge. It comes all the way from my old stomping grounds, Yarmouth.
